Do you want more clarity in your career or are you looking for perspectives for a new phase in your life? In individual coaching, there is room for all the topics that move you. I am there for you locally in Kiel or worldwide.

HOW DOES THE COACHING TAKE PLACE?

Your personal coaching session will take place online via Zoom. I will send you an access link to our secure coaching room by email before the appointments.

Alternatively, we can also meet in person in my coaching rooms in Kiel.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM
INDIVIDUAL COACHING?

I offer you the opportunity to plan your coaching appointments flexibly for a specific period of time. This can be spread over five days from Monday to Friday within a week or over a longer period of time.

You have two options: we meet in the mornings in a protected virtual room or in my coaching rooms in Kiel, where the focus is solely on you. I will listen to you and give you impulses to discover new possibilities for your life path yourself. Through my coaching, you will align yourself clearly to realize your full potential and lead a healthy, powerful and free life!

Between coaching sessions, you are free to organize your time as you wish. No matter where you are in the world, you can organize your everyday life as usual. If possible, I recommend that you plan some free time for reflection on the days after the coaching. Perhaps you will have some time to go out into nature and recharge your batteries in the fresh air.
