As a true northern light from Kiel, I will accompany you on the way to your personal “happiness growth area”. Because it's certainly no coincidence that the happiest people in Germany live in Schleswig-Holstein!
After your arrival, you will gradually come to rest and immerse yourself in the here and now. Concentrate only on yourself and the moment. My family and I will create the perfect space for you.
In the mornings, we meet in a protected space where only you take center stage. I will listen to you and give you ideas to help you discover your goals and new possibilities for your life. Through my coaching, you will find a clear direction and realize your full potential to lead a healthy, powerful and fulfilling life!
Between coaching sessions, you will have plenty of time to relax, enjoy simply being and reflect. You can discover the maritime beauty of the north. Let the fresh sea air clear your head and enjoy the endless horizon on one of the beaches in the area. The silence of the forest with its soft forest floor will ground you. The scent of the trees and their energy deepens your connection to your own roots.
In the Birch Spa, the “Birch Energy Ceremony” full-body treatment strengthens your energy flow. You will find a place to relax in the various saunas. Or you can actively swim a few lengths in our swimming pool and strengthen your body with yoga.
In the evening, you will be spoiled in the hotel restaurant “Fischers Fritz” with freshly prepared dishes made from regional products.
